Langoustines with Samphire and Oyster Sauce (Wok De Langoustines)

An easy to make Langoustines with Samphire and Oyster Sauce ( Wok De Langoustines) that befits a busy person, see the video and follow through

 

What you need:

 

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1garlic clove, diced

  • 2 French shallots, diced

  • 4 cm piece ginger, peeled and julienned

  • 8 medium langoustines, peeled, heads and tails intact

  • 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

  • 1 cup fresh samphire

  • 2 long red chilli, sliced

  • 30 ml water

 

 

Here’s how you make Langoustines with Samphire and Oyster Sauce (Wok De Langoustines)

 

  1. In a wok, heat the oil over high-mid fire and saute shallots, garlic, and ginger until cook and add in the langoustines and wok-tossed it for a minute.

  2. Carefully pour the wine, oyster sauce and fish sauce, wok-tossed for a minute and then add in the samphire, chili and water, wok-tossed for another 1 minute.

  3. Transfer and serve in a plate.
