Ingredients:

 

  • 110 g (½ cup) caster sugar

  • 200 g  custard apple 

  • 200 g  crushed ice

 

Here's how you make Custard Apple Smoothie (Sinh To Mang Cau)

 

  1. In a small saucepan, heat sugar about 200 ml water  over medium heat. Stir occasionally until sugar dissolves, then increase heat to high and cook for 3 minutes or until slightly reduced. Set aside and let it cool.

  2. In a blender, blend custard apple and ice until thick and smooth. Serve in tall glasses.
